Statement from the YDL

Important notice with regard to 4 x 400m Relays

For the avoidance of doubt, and in accordance with UKA rules, in Mixed 4 x 400m relay races, the league will allow teams to decide the running order of their athletes:

RULE TR24 S1 

UKA SUPPLEMENT MIXED 4 x 400m RELAY 

In UK Domestic Competition the Competition Provider may determine the running order of male and female athletes, including allowing teams to choose that order.
